Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lorryn, the company that makes TireTally. By creating an account or using TireTally you agree to them. Questions: hello@tiretally.com.

The service

TireTally is software for tire shops to record their tire inventory, publish it on a website and receive customer requests. Features depend on your plan, shown on the pricing page.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your shop. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

Your inventory, photos, prices and website text stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them only to run TireTally for you, including on your shop's website. You are responsible for what you publish, including that prices and descriptions are accurate and that you may use the photos you upload.

AI photo reading

AI reading suggests a tire's size, brand and date from a photo. It can be wrong. Check every reading before you sell a tire; the shop is responsible for what it sells.

Plans, trial and payment

New shops get a 14-day free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using paid features. Plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month. Extra AI reading packs do not expire and are not refunded.

Fair use

Do not use TireTally to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, or try to reach other shops' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep TireTally running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Lorryn is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may end the service with 30 days' notice. You can ask for a copy of your data before your account closes.

Changes

We may update these terms. We update the date above and tell account owners by email about important changes.
